Not me. I'm not really a tattoo guy.
[Actually, it's impossible to tell because he's wearing a coat, scarf, and gloves, so there's very little visible skin on him.]
But I think my purple friend just likes to show off with a lot of gaudy and mysterious symbols, and I think Beauregard liked the look of it.
