Yes and no? I did die, I think, right before I came here. But we also have clerics in our party who have ways of rectifying that. So I have not really. . . considered myself dead. If either of them are still standing after the fight, it will be a short enough window that I know they will be able to bring me back. And if they are not still standing, we are all lost and it isn't worth returning to that.
