That's okay, too. I never really know what to say to people when they check on me either. [it's weird. it's also probably why he's a little awkward doing this, but it still felt right.]
...your spells are pretty powerful though aren't they? [because yes, yes, terrible things happened but a part of him really can't help but think caleb turning into a t-rex was really cool. sorry.]
Definitely different than anything I've seen. [magic is a whole other animal. i wrote this sentence and walked away but i'm leaving it for the pun now.] ...what else can you do? You have that whole book, right?
...I've been trying to follow the trials enough to see what might be most helpful. I never even really thought of items like what Ichiro or Dimitri had. I asked Luke for a price for luminol but I haven't bought it yet.
[there's a shrug.] Nothing wrong with saving them for the group though if you're sure you can take care of yourself.
Like I said, a lot of my spells are more useful for doing damage. I chose Polymorph because it has a lot of utility. I can use it as a weapon, but I can also use it to help. Or to let people have fun.
Feels a little wrong to spend the vouchers on something that is only a weapon. [He chuckles a little, sadly.] Besides, I will never succeed at my current extra credit. Nothing sinister, just embarrassing. And the person I could have asked for help with it is gone.
...I think I can agree with that sentiment, too. Maybe that's why I've been putting off buying powers myself. [even though yamato keeps arguing with him, sometimes a dumb bitch stalls to think of other things to do instead.] Riku said you turned him into a wolf. He seemed to like it.
[it's kind of funny to think about, but he leaves that alone. there's another pause though.]
Is it really that bad? I...get that it's easiest with someone you're friends with, but maybe there's something we can still do to help if you want to try.
[but he also wouldn't blame him if he said no because it was something tied to molly.]

[How to put this.]
My friend is dead. Killed horribly. There is nothing that will make this less painful except for time.

...a lot of people are taking care of Beau. It didn't feel right not to check in with you, too, when you both lost a friend.

Mm. Danke. [. . .] That's kind of you, but I don't know what to say.

All of Agumon's abilities are fire-based. It's pretty versatile. [he's probably biased, and yet.] ...are you going to buy more stuff back from Luke?

[He smiles just a little, remembering the memory.]
And. . . don't worry about it. It's just a little silly.

[happiness...in murder school. he finds himself thinking on that, trying to imagine what it could be.]
You sure? [he's not going to push it, but there's a difference in what the word silly really means.]

Alright. [...] You should think about coming back later if you want. I think the others would like to see you. Up to you though.
